It is said that Greeks are people who love to go out late at nights and enjoy themselves. What are some typical ways of enjoyment? |

Well, generally speaking Greeks are outgoing people who love to be together with friends.
We like going out to cafes, bars, tavernas,restaurants, clubs, "bouzoukia", cinemas, theatres, gather to houses or travel. "Bouzoukia" are the places where famous greek singers sing.
Youngsters prefer going to cafes, clubs and cinemas with their friends and will go to tavernas, theatres or restaurants with their parents.
Most middle or upper class Greeks that live in big cities believe that entertainment at weekends is refreshing and necessary for being productive the whole week.
Most clubs and "bouzoukia" open around 1 a.m in greece. And most bars are not open before 9.30 p.m. |
