Subject: |
International Transfers |
Question: |
Is it possible to have money wired or transferred to me if I run out of money in Greece? |
Answer: |
 |
If you run out of money in Greece you can have money wired or transferred to you by using Western Union or a large bank. You'll need to instruct your home bank on the details of where the cash is to be sent. In some cases if you have not set up an international wire ability before leaving your home country your bank will not accept a phone call or a fax to begin the service when you most need it.
If you do have the ability to wire money from your home account, you will be charged fees for sending and accepting the transfer and it should arrive a few days after you make the request. |
