Subject: Procedure about doing studies in Greece
Question: I am a greek living abroad and I would like to continue my studies in Greece.Can you tell me the procedure?
Answer:
In order to be admitted to an institute of higher education you must have:

a)Secondary School-leaving Certificate equivalent to the Apolytirio Lykeiou or confirmation of the number of completed years of secondary schooling in Greece or abroad.

b)A Residence permit which can be obtained from the Foreigners Services Department of the Greek Department.

c)A medical check-up

d)Students must hold a certificate which proves their knowledge of the Greek language. This certificate is conferred after examination either by the University of Athens or the University of Salonique.
